Tom has OVER 20 YEARS OF MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE and he specializes in clients who need enough information to make the largest purchase ever in their lives. Tom graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a B.A. in Economics. He is divorced, and the father of 2 young adults, one in Hollywood and the other in San Diego. He is active with Saddleback Church and Orangewood Children’s Home.
I really enjoy the challenges of the mortgage loan industry and especially assisting clients with the making an informed decision on the purchase of the first home. There is a lot of fear in buying your first home, “Can we really afford this?” is a big question. Assisting clients in understanding every aspect of purchasing real estate, and what they are qualified to buy is rewarding.
